Clinical History: A 49 year-old man underwent ten core needle prostate biopsies. Normal prostate by digital examination, no urinary symptoms, PSA was 4.2 having risen from 2.5 six months previously. One prostate core showed an isolated finding.
Possible diagnoses:
- Benign/atrophic glands
- Atypical small acini (ASAP)
- High grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN)
- Microfocal invasive adenocarcinoma, Gleason score 6/10 (3+3)

Clinical History: 37 year old man with painful tumor arising in the right arm. Classic painful tumors of the skin include Neuroma, Angiolipoma, Leiomyoma, and Glomus tumor.

- Eccrine spiradenoma
- Glomus tumor
- Basal cell carcinoma
- Trichoblastoma

- Suspicious for low grade lymphoproliferative disorder
- Hodgkin Lymphoma
